The BG Embossed Aluminum Heat Shield is an ideal choice for thermal management on vehicle chassis thanks to its high reflectivity, low emissivity, and corrosion resistance.

The aluminum sheet is easy to cut, bend, and form, holding its shape thanks to its embossed surface, which provides rigidity in all directions, despite having a total thickness of only 0.2 mm . It is perfect for a variety of applications, including engine compartments, gearbox tunnels, firewalls, bulkheads, and more.

This thermal barrier is effective against radiant heat up to 1090°C and direct contact up to 590°C , and is available in sizes 300mm x 500mm , 500mm x 500mm or 1000mm x 1000mm .
